Business purchases and trade accounts

These terms apply to purchases from Remax Auto Electrical made for business purposes.

Anyone can browse the catalogue, retail prices and parts lookups. Trade prices and online ordering are available to approved wholesale customers. Creating a customer login does not automatically approve a trade account.

Apply for a trade account (https://remaxautoelectrical.co.uk/pages/trade-accounts), then sign in with the email address used for your approved account.

Part identification and quantities

Check the Remax part number, replacement references, product specifications, pack quantities and the equipment fitted to the vehicle before ordering. Check voltage, ballast requirements and earth polarity where relevant. Classic vehicles may have been modified since manufacture.

If you are unsure about a part, contact us before ordering with the part number and details of the vehicle and equipment.

Prices, VAT and payment

Product pages show prices excluding VAT and including VAT. The applicable VAT, delivery charges and total payable are shown at checkout before payment.

Payment is due at checkout. We do not offer credit accounts at present.

Availability and delivery

Check product availability before ordering. For backorders or expected dispatch dates, contact us with the part numbers and quantities required.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Our returns and refunds policy (https://remaxautoelectrical.co.uk/pages/returns) sets out the conditions for cancellations, unwanted items and damaged or faulty goods. Contact us for confirmation and return instructions before sending goods.

Your applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
